About Elisa Teti

Elisa Teti is a partner at Rucellai & Raffaelli. She joined in 1999, acting at EU and national level in merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance and abuse of economic dependence proceedings and lawsuits. She has extensive experience in advices, antitrust compliance programmes, audits and training activities across several economic sectors. She also acts in antitrust litigation, assisting several clients in standalone and follow-on actions. She also has a significant knowledge of unfair commercial practices, consumer protection law and advertising law. She frequently authors publications and speaks at antitrust conferences, as well as being a member of the Italian Antitrust Association Steering Committee.
