About Tonia Antoniou

Tonia Antoniou , partner, heads the Banking and Finance department and the Corporate department of the firm’s Limassol office. She concentrates on banking and finance law by representing international corporations and financial institutions since 2002. She is often instructed by Magic Circle firms, and acts for international banks in relation to finance transactions and security agreements. She is frequently involved in ship and aviation finance, corporate and company law including reorganisations and M&A and regulated markets law. Tonia is also a licensed insolvency practitioner. Tonia is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Limassol Bar Association, the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
