About Lorena Charalambous

Lorena Charalambous is a partner in the Corporate and Banking and Finance departments. She advises local and international clients on banking and finance transactions and has extensive experience representing clients in international leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based financings, trade finance and general bank lending. Lorena is also greatly involved in corporate law matters including joint ventures, corporate restructurings and M&A. Lorena is based in the firm’s Limassol office. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association.
