About Kyriakos Constantinou

Kyriakos Constantinou is a senior associate and a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance team. He specialises in cross-border financing transactions and shipping financing transactions. His clients include international financial institutions and corporations as well as investors and high net worth individuals. Kyriakos is also involved in corporate law matters, including joint ventures and cross-border mergers, and he has experience advising clients in relation to real estate and sports law matters such as sport law disputes and sports sponsorship. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Nicosia Bar Association, the Judicial Committee of Cyprus Handball Federation and Volley Federation, and the International Sports Lawyer Association (ISLA).
