About Eleni Drakou

Eleni Drakou , partner, concentrates on private client matters and immovable property law. She often represents clients in the construction, sale and purchase of properties and joint venture agreements, as well as asset management transactions. She acts for clients who invest in large-scale projects and landmark properties in Cyprus. She regularly acts for clients in relation to all aspects of their private client affairs, including corporate, banking, immigration, estate planning, succession and tax-related issues. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association, the Investment Migration Council (IMC) and the international legal network JUST1 representing Cyprus. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of STEP Cyprus (TEP) and a member of the Legal & Tax Committee of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association (CYFA).
