About Nawal Elsadik Abdullah

Nawal Elsadik Abdullah is a co-founder of AZTAN Law Firm with extensive experience in construction, oil and mining contracts, procurement and government projects, PPP projects, and transport and planning, including transit-oriented development projects, arbitration, and general corporate and business matters. She played an important role in drawing up the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Rules of 1994 and was subsequently promoted to the DCCI’s management team while at the same time working to establish AZTAN and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. She had a senior role at the Rail Agency, a subsidiary of the Dubai Roads & Transport Authority, and the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi developing the metro and tram networks. Nawal has now assumed a full-time role at AZTAN.
