About Inaam Attiq

Inaam Attiq has an MSc in intellectual property law from the University of Khartoum. Her experience includes IT matters, corporate and business laws, telecommunications, distribution and agency agreements, and litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She was a member of the team at AZTAN Law Firm that represented Japan Tobacco International in its acquisition of HCTF and she headed the team responsible for Sudan’s section in the World Bank project “Enabling the Business of Agriculture” 2017 report. She is a member of Sudan's Competition and Antitrust Council formed in 2020. She is also a passionate human rights defender and gender equality advocate. She is a member of the International Bar Association.
