About Eloy Alfaro Boyd

Eloy Alfaro Boyd is a partner at Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee. His professional practice concentrates on banking, finance and capital markets, M&A, general corporate matters, public bids and concession contracts, and real estate law. Eloy has been active in M&A, assisting clients such as Citibank, N.A., Grupo Aval, the Bank of Nova Scotia, Banco de Bogotá, and BBVA in banking M&A, dispositions, and corporate reorganisations in Panama, in addition to assisting several other international banks and companies in cross-border financing transactions. He has advised Panamanian and international clients in important public bid projects. He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.
