About Arturo Gerbaud

Arturo Gerbaud joined Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee as a partner in 1992, and is widely regarded as one of Panama’s foremost banking and finance lawyers. His professional practice concentrates on banking, finance, capital markets, M&A and general corporate matters. Arturo’s experience includes advising local and international financial institutions, such as Citibank, the Bank of Nova Scotia, Banco General, Global Bank Corporation, St. George’s Bank, BAC International Bank (Panama), Banistmo and Banco Itaú. He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.
