About Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez

Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez is a senior associate at Zürcher Odio & Raven, with over 15 years of practice experience. He is a consultant for international organisations such as UNDP and IADB, and specialises in financial law, stock markets law, regulation, and telecommunications, media, and technology law. He is a professor of Financial and Stock Market Law at ULACIT Postgraduate, and has a Law degree from the University of Costa Rica, a master’s degree in Law, Economics and Public Policies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a master’s in Business Administration with a mention on Finance from the Universidad Fidelitas.
