About Douglas Soto

Douglas Soto is a partner with 23 years of experience, who concentrates his practice on banking, M&A, joint ventures, real estate and foreign investment. He graduated in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica in 1998, earned a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law in 2003, and an HLSEE for M&A from Harvard Law School. He has vast experience representing top-ranked financial institutions, with a deep understanding of the domestic and international banking market, and in private equity and M&A. He currently participates in several boards of directors of relevant companies and has written several articles on financial and legal issues.
