About Solomon Bagashvili

Solomon Bagashvili joined Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners in 2018, before which he completed an internship programme at USAID’s project G4G and participated in several moot courts, such as the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot and the National Competition in International Humanitarian Law. He holds an LLM degree from the University of Saarland in International and European Economic Law. His practice areas are commercial, corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring, as well as real estate.
