About Lasha Nodia

Lasha Nodia is a founding and managing partner of Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners. His key practice areas are commercial, corporate and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, banking law, real estate transactions and dispute resolution. Lasha was previously the head of the legal department for JSC Bank Republic. He was actively involved in the ramifications of insolvency law reform and is an authorised insolvency practitioner. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar and is an accredited mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Lasha also acts as a founder and board member of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association.
