About Fernando L. Brunelli

Fernando L. Brunelli has been a partner at Bomchil since November 2020 and was admitted to the Bar in Argentina in 1994. He has spent the past 23 years working in several oil and gas-related transactions, including M&A, purchase and sale of assets, assignment and farm-in agreements, joint ventures, marketing agreements and oilfield services agreements. Fernando has participated in bidding rounds and assisted international and local E&P and services companies between 1997 and 2020 as a member of Alliani & Bruzzon, where he became a partner in 2005, prior to joining Bomchil. He speaks English and Spanish and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Province of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
