About Fermín Caride

Fermín Caride is the head of Bomchil’s Financial Services and Capital Markets practice. He worked as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and as in-house counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York. His practice focuses on corporate and structured financing, investment projects and capital market transactions, specialising in securities and banking regulations. He also regularly participates in mergers and acquisitions transactions. He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, the Committee of Banking Lawyers of Argentina and the Young Counsel of the Latin American Regional Forum of the International Bar Association.
