About Yap Yeow Han

Yap Yeow Han is a partner in the firm’s Projects & International Arbitration department. His diverse range of practice include commercial litigation, arbitration and adjudication and has seen him representing clients such as financial institutions, property developers, contractors, high net worth individuals, and shipping companies, on a multitude of disputes and legal issues. On the arbitration front, he acts in arbitral proceedings relating to construction and general commercial disputes. Yeow Han also acts in arbitration-related litigation, including applying to court for interim measures, and setting aside and enforcing arbitral awards. Yeow Han is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
