About Špela Remec

Špela Remec joined Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji in 2012 and focuses on assisting the firm’s clients by providing insightful due diligence reviews of environmental risks in M&A deals. She has also advised in the field of ESG-related affairs and in regulatory compliance. Other than that, Špela is focused on antitrust and competition issues. She has gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of Slovenian antitrust law and has become one of the core members of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice. Špela also advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters and is regularly involved in M&A transactions.
