About Blaž Ogorevc

Blaž Ogorevc has been a partner with Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji since 2011. He heads the firm’s real estate practice, which is prominent for taking part in the largest Slovenian real estate deals in recent years, and regularly advises buyers, sellers and asset managers in all types of real estate transactions and affairs. He advises on the environmental law aspects of real estate and construction projects, especially in relation to brownfield development, zoning and permitting issues. Blaž also co-heads the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice and focuses on corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency and secured financing deals.
