About Thomas Nietlispach

Thomas Nietlispach is a Senior Associate in MLL Legal’s Corporate & M&A team. His main areas of practice focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. Furthermore, he has broad experience advising private and public companies on corporate and commercial matters as well as corporate governance issues. Thomas joined MLL Legal in 2014 as junior associate and was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2017.
