Oluyomi Olawore
is the principal partner of Oluyomi Olawore & Co, with 37 years of active legal practice. He has a master's degree in the law of the sea, and securities law. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK. He has conducted arbitrations as a sole arbitrator and as part of an arbitral tribunal in Nigeria and abroad. He has consulted on grievance redress mechanisms for the Federal Inland Revenue Service, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)/ Nigeria Import-Export Bank’s Sealink Project, and the United Nations/Nigeria REDD+ Project. He has done extensive work in corporate governance and company securities issues and acted as a resource to the author of the book, Company Law and Practice in Nigeria (5th Edition).
