Viviane de Medeiros Trojan is one of Kasznar Leonardos’ partners and an experienced counsel and litigator in complex IP matters, particularly patents, plant varieties and regulatory disputes. She also provides consulting services on various matters related to intellectual property law. She is a member of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) and a specialist in Law and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley (UCB).
