About Yegân Liaje

Yegân Liaje has more than 17 years of significant transactional and regulatory experience in M&A projects, particularly in energy, infrastructure, transportation, metals and mining, construction, healthcare and banking. Before establishing Liner Law, she led the Corporate/M&A department of a leading Turkish law firm, where she represented mainly international clients in M&A, joint ventures, tender offers, asset purchases and privatisations. Yegân was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue law studies at the George Washington University Law School, where she received an LLM degree. Her second LLM degree is in corporate law from Galatasaray University, where she also completed her undergraduate legal education.
