About Munir Abdul Aziz

Munir Abdul Aziz is the managing partner of Wong & Partners, the Malaysian member firm of Baker McKenzie International. He is a seasoned and well-respected corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience. His practice includes M&A, corporate reorganisations, capital markets work, venture capital and private equity, joint ventures and general commercial transactions. Munir is a member of the Management Committee of the Joint Asian Offices of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Steering Committee of the firm. In addition to his practice, he is the honorary secretary of the Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association.
