About Farisha Khan

Farisha Khan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance and Securitisation practice. She advises private equity sponsors, corporates and investment banks on a broad range of capital raising and structured finance transactions, including asset-backed financings, equity-linked and hybrid capital markets issues, and securitisations in relation to a range of asset classes such as CLOs, mortgage assets and trade receivables.
