About Francesco Fonderico

Francesco Fonderico is a partner of Ambientalex, based in the Rome office. Francesco has been an administrative lawyer since 1995 and provides judicial and extra-judicial legal assistance in environmental matters, including in higher courts. He counsels companies on regulatory aspects of environmental and climate change matters (eg, emission trading systems, environmental permits and waste management). He has specialised in interacting with public authorities by adopting a multi-disciplinary approach. Francesco has published about 90 contributions and has been a professor of environmental law at the department of law at the LUISS University of Rome since 2017.
