About Nicholas Margetson

Nicholas Margetson focuses his practice on commercial litigation, arbitration and general dispute resolution. He also accepts appointments as an arbitrator. He is the author of the PhD thesis "The System of Liability of Articles III and IV of the Hague (Visby) Rules”. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a hydrographic surveyor for eight years. Nick regularly publishes in national and international law journals, and is also an editor of the Dutch Journal for Commercial Law (NTHR) and of the European Journal of Commercial Contract Law.
