Gabriella Bornstein is an IP litigation senior associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis. Gabriella has brought to trial matters involving pharmaceutical, telecommunications, medical devices and software patents, trade marks and copyright. She also has specific experience with the interplay between trade secrets and patent disputes and in assisting organisations develop their trade secrets policies from a practical and legal perspective.
