About Samir Sayah

Samir Sayah is a partner and advises on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law in North Africa. He mainly assists international and African clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment, exchange control regulations and business law in North Africa, particularly in the health, telecom, food & beverage, energy and infrastructure sectors. Samir is one of the few international law firm partners qualified to practice in France and Algeria. He began his career almost 20 years ago in Algeria with international law firms. He then joined CMS in 2006 to set up the Algiers office in 2007, became a partner in 2009 and led multidisciplinary teams as Africa Practice Partner.
