Scott Lucyk, FCIArb practises commercial arbitration and litigation. He has particular experience in contractual disputes, shareholder remedies, joint venture and distributorship matters, energy and mining, and blockchain and cryptocurrency. Scott has broad experience in international arbitration matters, as well as arbitration-related court matters.
