Admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, she has extensive international experience and capability in complex technology and commercial transactions for clients based in Europe, the USA and APAC. Alison focuses mainly on structuring, negotiating and documenting large-scale and global IT and business process outsourcing transactions and other commercial and technology-related transactions.
