About Lihuei Mao

Lihuei Mao is a partner of Lee and Li and has extensive experience in corporate and investment matters and M&A. She has advised many private equity funds, venture capital entities and international groups in different industries, including telecoms, pharmaceutical companies, media, logistics, hi-tech and new-tech start-ups. Along with the emergence of the renewable energy industry, Lihuei is also proactively involved in solar energy and offshore windfarm projects. In recent years, she has actively advised clients on the establishment of Taiwan venture capital funds and the financing/IPO of start-ups, nourishing the eco-system for Taiwan start-ups.
