Phillip Koh concentrates his practice in financial services and asset management matters, regularly advising investment advisers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors on the structuring and offering of pooled investment vehicles, as well as ongoing regulatory and operational matters relating to such vehicles. He also counsels institutions on their hedge and PE fund investments both inside and outside of the United States. Phillip is also active in the cryptocurrency space: he extensively counsels clients, including cryptocurrency exchanges, dealers and other market participants, on the emerging laws and regulations relating to digital assets and distributed ledger technology.
