Vefa Reşat Moral is the managing partner of Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale | Kökenek as well as head of its M&A/PE and corporate departments. His work focuses on M&A, project finance, JVs, post M&A disputes, corporate law, real estate law and energy law. He has extensive experience in advising national and international companies, and has had a successful track record in cross-border transactions throughout his 18-year career. He advises both sides of M&A transactions in various industries, including in agriculture, food and beverages, heavy industry, energy, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, sports and entertainment, real estate and IT. He serves leading Turkish families on corporate governance projects as well as in their family office and business matters.
