About İlayda Sak

İlayda Sak is an associate of the M&A/PE and corporate departments at Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale | Kökenek. She focuses on commercial law, corporate law, contracts law, and compliance. She advises national and international corporate clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law and manages complex compliance projects.
