About Shin Mitarai

Shin Mitarai has been an associate of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu since 2018. His primary areas of practice involve financial regulations and fintech. He also provides legal services for a large variety of corporate matters, including capital markets, tax, crisis management, white-collar crime and data protection. He speaks Japanese and English. He graduated with a JD from the University of Tokyo School of Law in 2017 and with an LLB from the University of Tokyo in 2015. He was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2018.
