About Yusuke Hoki

Yusuke Hoki is an associate at TMI Associates who practises in the area of debt finance. He has particularly extensive experience in acquisition finance, representing many financial institutions and private equity funds. He handles a wide range of leveraged buyout financing transactions, from structuring and investment to exit. Yusuke has been qualified in Japan since 2014, and completed his Master of Laws in International Financial Law at King’s College London in 2020.
