About Takeshi Hironaka

Takeshi Hironaka is an international patent/trade mark attorney and partner of TMI Associates. He assists domestic and foreign brand owners with trade mark matters, actively helping them to build and organise global trade mark portfolios, assisting with domestic and overseas prosecutions, cancellation and invalidation actions and complex litigations, and defending and enforcing his clients’ trade marks. With eight years' experience in the legal department of a Barcelona-based Japanese/US joint venture, Takeshi appreciates the challenges experienced by his corporate clients, recognises their needs and provides practical and efficient solutions. Takeshi is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association.
