About Keita Tominaga

Keita Tominaga is an associate in the structured finance group at TMI and focuses on finance work, including banking transactions, derivative transactions, real estate finance and financial regulations. Based on his prior experience working at international law firms, Keita has particular expertise in cross-border and domestic leveraged buyout financing transactions (cross-border/domestic), where he represents both financial institutions and sponsors in both Japanese and English, as well as in the repackaging transactions and real estate securitisation transactions. He is admitted to practice in Japan.
