About Mika Masumoto

Mika Masumoto is a counsel at Baker McKenzie's Tokyo office and has been handling cross-border antitrust and competition matters. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Mika was a government lawyer dealing with international economic matters at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan, where she represented the Japanese government in ISDS and WTO cases. Also, she took the leading role as the Japanese government delegate to revise the investor-state dispute regulations at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
