About Kohji Hayakawa

Kohji Hayakawa is a senior associate and a member of the international arbitration team at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He has handled international commercial arbitration/litigation and cross-border dispute resolution for both Japanese and international corporate/administrative clients. He covers various areas such as maritime law, insurance, sales of goods, construction, sports and IT matters. Kohji serves as deputy secretary general of the General Affairs and Finance Committee of the Japan Association of Arbitrators. He received his JD from the University of Tokyo School of Law and his LLM in International Shipping Law (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London.
