About Li Qi Yip

Li Qi Yip is an associate at Hsian & Co and has over four years' experience working on corporate M&A transactions in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes assisting clients with M&A transactions and joint ventures, being involved in drafting and advising on documentation as well as working on other aspects of transactions, including providing regulatory and licensing advice, as well as overseeing due diligence exercises for specific transactions. Li Qi regularly assists with the review and provision of advice on legal issues arising from M&A transactions. He is admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
