Bengü Coşkun is a senior associate focusing on banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, with a special focus in energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. She previously held senior legal counsel position in Yapı Kredi Bank, project finance legal department and has extensive experience in financing transactions across a range of industry sectors, including project finance, ECA financings, corporate finance, acquisition financings and PPP financings.
