About Rhiannon Williams

Rhiannon Williams is a senior associate in Mourant's Cayman corporate and finance practice. Rhiannon specialises in all areas of corporate, finance and commercial work, particularly investment funds. She advises on joint venture arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as the establishment, management and restructuring of Cayman investment funds. Before joining Mourant in 2016, Rhiannon worked within the corporate finance team at Hogan Lovells in London.
