About Ramesh Maharaj

Ramesh Maharaj is a partner in Mourant's Cayman Islands office, advising on corporate transactions relating to Cayman entities (companies, partnerships, LLCs), such as takeovers/take-private, M&A, joint ventures, shareholder/investor arrangements, injection of capital, return of funds to investors, SPACs and IPOs. Ramesh has been practising Cayman law since 2007, and previously was a corporate finance and M&A lawyer in London.
