About Danielle Roman

Danielle Roman is the Asia banking and finance practice group head for Mourant. She has over 19 years of experience as an aviation finance expert, with significant expertise in helping major financial institutions, lessors and investors on the financing and leasing of commercial aircraft, corporate jets and other related assets, including engines and helicopters, across a variety of structures. She was recently appointed to the Advisory Board as the offshore legal expert for The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation. She is also a board member of Advancing Women in Aviation Roundtable (AWAR), as well as a board member of the Fund Finance Association and Women in Fund Finance.
