About Barbara Anderson

Barbara Anderson is an associate at Mourant in the Cayman Islands corporate and finance practice, focusing on banking and finance, including fund finance. Before joining the firm Barbara was with Trowers & Hamlins LLP and Allen & Overy LLP in Dubai, advising regional and international financial institutions, governments, government-related entities and corporates in respect of bilateral and syndicated financings in the conventional and Islamic finance space and across project finance, general lending and acquisition finance. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Barbara was an investment banker for 11 years, structuring multi-jurisdictional, bespoke transactions.
