About Laura Beatriz de Souza Morganti

Laura Beatriz de Souza Morganti is a partner and co-ordinator in the Civil and Conflict Resolution department at Innocenti Advogados Associados. Her practice is focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on consumer law, and she also has extensive experience in all matters related to procedural and civil law, as well as giving advice on conducting business, acting in collective processes, public procurement, crisis management and cases considered strategic and sensitive. She has represented national and multinational firms, investors and investment funds in court and in administrative proceedings. Laura is a member and counsellor of the Consumer Relations Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumer and Trade Studies (IBRAC).
