About Sebastián González Yanes

Sebastián González Yanes is a partner in the firm. Admitted to practice in 1998, his career has been concentrated in advising clients in diverse areas such as trade marks, design and patent prosecution, infringement and invalidation litigation, regulatory affairs and regional portfolio management. Sebastián holds a master’s degree in intellectual property law from the Universidad de Alicante and has been appointed by Venezuela’s National Legislative Assembly as an expert to participate in the design and conception of new intellectual property policies and the draft of corresponding legislation. He is an active member of INTA, AIPPI, PTMG, ECTA and AIPLA.
