About Stefan Wenaweser

Stefan Wenaweser has practised law since 2000, passed the Bar exam in 2003 and became a partner of Marxer & Partner in 2008. He specialised in the law of trusts and company law during his studies, and in his practice he regularly advises clients in foundation law, trust law and litigation. Stefan frequently speaks at conferences and regularly writes contributions to renowned publications on trust law, wealth and estate planning, litigation and white-collar crime. In addition, he functions as a member of the board of the Liechtenstein Institute of Professional Trustees and Fiduciaries.
