About Daniel Damjanovic

Daniel Damjanovic has been counselling clients in the field of corporate and M&A for more than 15 years now. Amongst many others, he was lead counsel on the merger between the third and fourth-largest banks in Liechtenstein. Moreover, in 2021 he was lead counsel for the buyer of the largest insurance company in Liechtenstein and advised the seller of the second-largest life-insurance business. Daniel is admitted to the Bar in Austria and Liechtenstein, and he is a licensed Liechtenstein public notary. He is also a lecturer on Liechtenstein Foundation Law and Persons and Companies Law at the University of Liechtenstein and the University of Innsbruck.
